"The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel."
"Our stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, we’d definitely stay again!"

"The facultie and staff was supper kind and helpful, the breakfast was yummy and the bathroom in my room was squicky clean!
I was a little concerned about some things though. In the room i stayed in, there was a strang smell, but, i wasnt able to locate where it was coming from, the AC unit was also a little dirty.
The bed it self was clean and comfortable, and the toiletries they gave were fresh and new.
Ultimately this is a five star review. It wasnt a bad experience at all."
"Lovely place! Perfect location with beautiful views. We had a learning curve on the tub, but it was nice. Loved seeing the horse and donkey every morning out the window. Very serene quiet street but still close to everything we needed. "

"The Barn @ Toad Hill was a great mix of unique, mordern, & vintage decor and appliances. Doug & Kathy were very accommodating when our plans changed last min for a family reunion and we ended up having my 6 year old neice tag along. We are very thankful for our stay on this dead end road and cant wait to return next year! The bed was comfy, the fan was cold and the shower was steamin! Plus they had embroidered robes! We felt so pampered in the cabin, we cut out early on our family reunion to netflix in the bedroom with that giant TV thats angled at you. Thanks for your hospitality! 10/10 recommend for 1 or two people looking for a quite getaway, ten min from the hustle & bussle of Knoxville."
