"I didnt like the smell in the lobby or the strip lights in the room. The bathroom looked like the bathtub had been refinished poorly and not cleaned behind the bathroom door. The pool looked like it hadn't been open for years. There were bricks in the bottom with no water. We arrived about 1:00 and she did let us check in use til 3:00. When leaving the parking lot the road was so busy that you had to wait forever before you could make a right turn. You couldn't turn left from there because of...

"I stayed there for 3 days traveling for work and I was moved to 2 different rooms because the rooms was infested with roaches. I ain’t even bring my stuff inside. I got videos and pictures of me up at 3 am killing them on repeat"

"My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again."

"What a great place to stay. The staff is amazing and the property is beautiful. They provide bikes that can be ridden along their beautiful trails and a fire pit that’s complete with the makings for some mores. I cant imagine staying anywhere else in maryville."

"We did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel. The elevator and the hallways had that pet Oder. Not horrible but it was there. That’s the only down side. The staff is phenomenal. The location is perfect easy walking distance to Mark Square. Right across the street from the sun sphere. One of the nice touches was the hotel offers a golf cart to drive you within a 3 mile radius really first rate."

"The hotel was adequate, exactly what I expected from a La Quinta in TN... Noisey and smelly, but the attentiveness from the staff definitely made up for it(seriously), the topless gal in the pool was also a bonus.... Need an ego boost, check out the Applebee's two blocks down and realize you're crushing it in life..... All seriousness, kudos to the staff, they made the tears I cried at night a little less salt.... Good ol' Rocky Top, Rocky Top, Tennessee."
