We arrived in a heat wave and while the 2 mini splits (1 in the main living room, 1 in a bedroom) worked well to cool those spaces, airflow to the other bedrooms was minimal. "Great apartment but no air condition made for a pretty uncomfortable stay in a 35 degrees heat wave with 3 children. The apartment got sweltering hot (temperature gauge said 29 degrees). First night we had one fan, second night we had 2 and it didn't make a difference at all. If you are used to air condition do not book this property in the warmer months.
