"Hotel and room are good for one or two nice day. Balcony room had a nice view.. My only negative and caution is regarding the on-site restaurant. Although, in it by itself, it could be considered a decent restaurant, but considering all the really excellent restaurants around it’s quite subpar for this town. With a group of 11 persons that have been traveling in Italy for a week the l general consensus was that the restaurant was OK, but nothing memorable or exceptional. And that situations could be normally fine, but the problem is that eating the Cisterna restaurant results in missing out on an excellent meal at one of a dozen restaurants within five minute walk. In summary, a stay at the hotel is nice but I would avoid the restaurant unless you just need to fill your stomach quickly"

"It was a really nice place, in the heart of San Gimignano. Place was cooled down by the air conditioners, and with the heat that was needed. Everything worked well. Just really no bad comments to say."

"Absolutely beautiful remodel. Great location.Nice yard.Some things could be better. Mocha pot was provided but no adapter for induction cooktop. Also, some pans not usable. Lighting could use some help. Off - too dark. On - surgical lighting... Step into each bathroom too tall; needs an extra step or a ramp.Just to let you know, the air conditioner in the living area did not work and needs to be repaired."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was fantastic. Awesome breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Easy access to city center. The only “down” side was that the AC wasn’t very effective but we expected that with older accommodations and extreme August heat. I would definitely stay there again."
