"Beautiful location in San Gimignano! The owner was so attentive and provided great suggestions for our visit. Charming apartment that serviced all of are needs. Boboli bakery (25 yards from apartment) is amazing and a must! Enjoyable stay!"

"San Gimignano is a beautiful town. We were off season so many of the shops and restaurants and some attractions we closed, but still there was lots to do and see, and enough good restaurants. And of course there were no crowds which was lovely. We took a Chianti region wine tour with Bruno and it was fantastic. We learned so much, and Bruno is a gem. The apartment was cute and very convenient to everything in town. It also had lovely views. It’s a medieval building that has been updated for today, but unsurprisingly there are some hiccups that can occur. However, everything was manageable and the host and housekeeper were very helpful. San Gimignano is a walking town and it is steep so it’s not a place for people with physical limitations, but if you can walk well it is a wonderful place."

"Great location inside the city walls. Historic building with a beautiful courtyard. Room was large, warm, and comfortable in Dec. Host was fantastic and helped us with parking recommendations for our trips to Sienna and Florence. Highly recommend."

"The location was awesome, just around the corner from a main plaza and a two minute walk from the Duomo. Upon opening the door, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and welcoming interior. The book of information was very helpful for finding restaurants and points of interest. And the host was very responsive to our questions sent through the app."

"The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location right in the middle of town. The balcony looked out over the town and landscape. It could not have been prettier. Also the staff was very friendly."

"The breakfast had lovely pastries, fruit and cheese. Staff were friendly. The view - stunning."

"Arrived early, but clearly not very welcome and no possibility of early checkin. I had called both contact numbers to discuss checkin time but no reply and no opportunity to leave a message. We found the host sharp and business like. The room is up a lot of stairs and very spartan, no tea or coffee making facilities and plastic cups for water. It was noisy from guests above regularly moving furniture across solid floor at night and early morning. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast (only available after 8:30), so cannot comment on it. The toilet was difficult to flush and the seat was damaged and unsightly. A rather incongruous portable air-con unit spoils the authentic look of the room. The location was great, and the room has a great view of the Tuscan countryside, but wouldn't suit anyone with significant luggage."

"Truly a gem! Our room was beautiful with a lovely view. It is very close to the main road and restaurants. Definitely opt in for the breakfast it was absolutely delicious. "
