"Had a wonderful stay with Monica and Jairo in their lovely space. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows heavenly, and the towels fluffy. "During our week long stay at this beautiful property, my family and I had the most enjoyable stay. The owners and the hotel assistant were warm,inviting and very helpful. The food was also amazing. We had daily transportation provided (for a fee) to and from Medellin. The hosts assisted with corresponding with our excursions to get a closer pick up and drop off. "I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."
