"If there is a better place to stay with nicer professional staff I wouldn't know because the staff here is amazing so I keep coming back. I have 4 weeks of stays at Factory Lofts Medellin and they have all been exceptional! The people that work here are truly exceptional and I cannot overstate that! From the room service attendant Sol, to the front desk supervisor Santiago you will get the same 5 star level of assistance from everyone and I mean everyone! Not one time did I ask for help and the staff did not go above and beyond! These are exceptional young people with amazing futures ahead of them! I am just an average joe looking for a decent place to stay while I am in town and this is how they treat me. Clean room! Beyond Excellent staff! Beautiful rooftop and absolutely delicious breakfast, bar and dinner options on the ground floor all at a great price! Factory Lofts is an exceptional value for the money. I would like to personally thank everyone on the FLM TEAM for making me feel welcome and at home. I'll be back!"

"I liked the room, spacious and as advertised it has everything that was described. Staff very attentive and was in a quiet neighborhood. They booked all the tours for us and the tour operator was every time on time and brought us back to the hotel at no cost. Would recommend this hotel"

"Location is very good, 3 minutes from the metro station. The hotel is good, service is good. I only have a complain, the pictures show rooms with a desk, but the rooms do not have desk, it was very uncomfortable to work sitted in the bed. I was given a room without desk but I walked all the floor because they were cleaning, to check if one had desk and ask for a change but none of the single rooms in the 3rd room had desk, they must change the pictures."
