"Room wasn't that clean and had small roaches, I've informes them immediately about it and the next day they've sent someone to do a deep cleaning but the situation with roaches in bathroom remain the same. Hotel need some maintanance and staff at front desk wasn't that friendly and didn't even ask if I would like and upgrade."

"The staff was great and so was the cleaning ladies. the only downfall was the breakfast. Same thing every day and when we asked the staff at the restaurant if there was a possibly for a change they stated no and we were then treated different and also had brunt taste, dishes and coffee cups not enough or chipped, no hot chocolate and only scrambled eggs"

"This hotel is trash compared to standards of other hotels, even in Medellin. First, the hot water didn’t work 2 days out of 4. There were roaches and you can see them as you sleep. Lastly, the wifi didn’t work in the room that i was provided (509, then 508) because they have one wifi router for the entire hotel and it doesn’t cover every room. I went upstairs to the terrace to get wifi and do some work, and they tried to call the police saying that this is not allowed. One of the ladies at the reception, the very overweight one, has such a nasty attitude. I asked to speak to the manager all 4 days and no one got back to me. So if you want a trashy experience that is literally a hazard, good luck at this dump"

"Location is very good, 3 minutes from the metro station. The hotel is good, service is good. I only have a complain, the pictures show rooms with a desk, but the rooms do not have desk, it was very uncomfortable to work sitted in the bed. I was given a room without desk but I walked all the floor because they were cleaning, to check if one had desk and ask for a change but none of the single rooms in the 3rd room had desk, they must change the pictures."
