Hotel has a great location, walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast was included , which was very convenient. The price from Expedia didn’t include the hotel insurance, which was unexpected.

This is a gem! It's well priced and the value is immense. The rooms are very clean and well styled. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've stayed in. The shower was lovely, really enjoyed my stay here.

The property, room and staff were excellent. The included breakfast was great. The only negative thing the room had was the shower. The shower doesn't have a drain below the shower head, so the water comes under the glass shower doors, and the rug is wet by the time you come out. The drain for the shower is all the way in front of the wall where the knob is and the floor not been level in that direction creates a puddle while you shower. Other than that everything was excellent.

Overall an excellent place to stay, room setup was good and comfortable, also very modern, but it was very small considering there was almost no space to place the luggage. I was traveling solo so I can imagine how much worse would be for couples. I'd also suggest to add a mini fridge and clothing iron for convenience. The location was excellent, safe and easy to walk around El Poblado. There were plenty of ride sharing options to go anywhere else too.

This place is a great option if you are visiting Medellin! Location is fantastic -- plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping nearby. The area is quite popular with ex-pats and tourists, so you're likely to find some familiar languages being spoken. The staff at Wellcomm was a highlight -- very helpful and friendly. I didn't utilize the spa but several other guests told me it was fabulous!

This boutique hotel was very nice and centrally located to all that Medellin has to offer. Favio at front desk was very helpful. I highly recommend the suite with hot tub, definitely worth the money.

This place was wonderful. The rooms and facilities were so clean and luxurious, my mind truly felt at ease during my stay there. The only thing i didn’t like was the hotel 1 guest policy, i wish they had listed that in their description before i had book. They only allow 1 guest for the entire stay and once you register a guest you can’t bring any additional guest for the duration of your visit. There are no other ways around the policy which i found ridiculously stupid, i even offered to book a new room for an additional night and they wouldn’t allow. If you somehow how sneak a guest in they will charge $100USD which i found hilarious

The hotel is really calm and has a relaxing vibe. The rooms are a bit small but we weren’t there much so it was okay for what we needed it. The terrace has a really nice view of the city.
