"Exceptional!!! This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. Located at a very beautiful piece of land with nice surrenders and breathtaking views. Very beautiful and eco-friendly installations. Rooms are very quiet, spacious and cery private, with very comfortable beds. Staff members are super stars! Very friendly and professional, always willing to help. It serves a gorgeous breakfast that is included in the price. Its restaurant offers a very delicious menu. Its museum has an incredible private collection of pre- Columbian artifacts. A week could be expended easily, by taking all the private tours offered by this hotel to other places of interest in the area. You won't regret staying in this hotel. Highly recommended it!!! "

"This hotel is located right inside Tikal National Park, making it perfect if you’re planning the sunrise or sunset tour. Surrounded by jungle, it’s not a city-style luxury hotel, but that’s part of the charm. The property runs on solar power, so there’s no AC—but you won’t need it, as the natural breeze keeps the rooms cool. Everything was surprisingly clean, even by city standards, and the on-site restaurant serves very good food."

"A nice hotel on the lake with a large elegant pool with a waterfall. The lake has crocodiles, so you can’t swim in it, but it’s fun to see the crocodiles."

"Loved being so close to Tikal. Rooms were clean, staff super nice, good food at kitchen, pool was great at the end of the hot day (warm water from the sun so not refreshingly cool but good). Electricity limited - bring uSB plugs (no USB-C ports) - but they will charge devices in the office if you ask. Very few food options nearby but hotel restaurant was very good. Fav: burrito. No AC, ceiling fan only. I opened all windows and propped bathroom door open to get a small cross breeze but nights are still warm. Overall I would choose to stay her every time over the commute to Flores. Just past Jaguar Inn."

"Our stay was beyond great! It was amazingly beautiful, fun, and peaceful!!! The staff is the nicest, most accommodating, and friendly!! The food is fresh and SO DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend this hotel!!! Our favorite? Pool, lake, howling monkeys, spider monkeys, the food, our bungalow… literally everything!!! "

"Pictures don’t do this place justice! The courtyard area is stunning and the pool is very clean with some shaded spots to avoid direct sun exposure. There is free drinking water provided also. The beds in the rooms are incredibly luxurious and comfortable - the best we’ve had on our trip in Guatemala so far. Bathroom is very clean as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in answering questions. La Isla de Flores is only a 15 min walk away - and the hotel is a 3-5 min drive from the airport via tuk tuk (about 10-15 qtz per person). Cannot recommend this place enough! "
