"Having read the reviews I was a little concerned that staying here was a poor choice but I was pleasantly surprised. Double room was indeed dated in terms of decor but all still in good condition with all one could need. Super comfy bed, spacious room, good ensuite and big TV. Wardrobe, hair dryer, tea and coffee and bedside lamp so all good. Would definitely go back. "

We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. "We absolutely loved every single minute of our stay! Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the view was amazing. The bed was one of the best we have slept in. All of the staff and particularly Rosie were just so lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was also amazing, and the outdoor gardens just stunning. We will definitely be back!"

"Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way.
