"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! Titanic Hotel Liverpool

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic hotel for my partners birthday! We both enjoyed our stay we didn’t want to leave. The hotel arranged for the balloons to be in the room upon arrival and also left a note with an Everton toblerone. The hotel gave us a room with a view of hill Dickson upon my request which was lovely of them. The spa was fantastic! One of the Best spa’s I’ve been to! There were two weddings during our stay which was lovely to see and didn’t disturb our stay! The rooms are huge and they were just perfect for our weekend away. "

"Got an upgrade which was nice to get a sea view. Coffee machine nice touch. Room not 100% clean but wasnt that bad, few stains in carpet and found some fake lashes on floor. Shower took ages to heat up but finally got there. Great parking facility. Only stayed one night but would defo stay again. Great location, perfect parking and lovely staff."
