"Nice and clean"

"I did an8 day stay here on my first trip to Charlotte. Pros: Very clean inside, very convenient location, full kitchen, reasonable price, good general inventory of pots/pans/plates for cooking and other general supplies. Cons: Noise - but only through the ceiling from the room above. The kitchen/living room have vinyl flooring and either there is no noise insulation or it is poor quality. Footsteps, noisy appliances (the dishwasher and AC are very loud in the unit) all seemed to go...

"The stay at APT suites in Rock Hill, SC was convenient with the kitchenette. We needed the larger sized refrigerator, and appreciated that the 2 queen beds were separate from the pull out couch. The space was good for the 3 of us staying for a softball tournament near by. The negatives were the people arguing late right next door, we could hear people walking around upstairs, and some of the area surrounding the hotel were rundown. Other than that (which can't be helped), we were satisfied...

"Recently constructed, so everything is in good condition. This is an extended stay hotel, so there is a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, and micro in the room. Not noisy at all. No frills, just an inexpensive & clean place to stay."

"Very short stay because of airline delays so arrived very late but had great staff to help. The one suggestion would be to have a new sofa bed. The one that was there was awful and was not even possible to sleep on. Staff promptly brought a roll away bed that was better."

"The property has everything needed for a excellent experience, the bonus for us was it being hotel/apartments to socialize with the locals to find great places for entertainment and eats, food and entertainment is near by we did not have to drive far. "The hotel rooms were clean and hotel staff polite and efficient. However, the check in process was terrible. The credit card used by the VRBO company to secure the room was rejected so we had to pay for the room twice. It was refunded eventually, but was a huge inconvenience. We did not receive connecting rooms like we had booked, which is the whole reason we booked this particular VRBO in the first place. It was a disappointing experience. I will stay at this hotel again, but still book...

"Property was double booked. Owner did not respond to any contact. Apparently the room was rented out to someone else a week prior to our arrival despite the booking having been made a month ago. I received no cancellation notice nor any refund. Had to book another room last minute as a result.Owner is liar and a coward."

"We booked two connecting rooms through the host/agent. When we checked in, our rooms did not connect and one of the rooms was already occupied. We had to end up having the hotel cancel the reservation and I was able to book a larger room that could accommodate our party. I notified the booking agent/host and only received one reply about our issue and that they were checking on it and still have not heard back. I was able to get the refund for the rooms only.
