It was close to everything I needed. The property management company was interactive and there if I needed them. The place and grounds were nice. Only negatives: you can hear the neighbors walking around, and the shower head had a constant drip. Other than that, definitely would come back if needed.

Rooms were clean and adequately supplied for our stay. Washer and dryer in unit. Fridge, stove, and cooking equipment were supplied. Internet is available per room but our room did not have a private network so we had to connect to a neighboring room's wifi but that connection was terrible. Probably worked half the time we were there.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. The location was also great, with dining options close by. It was very quiet and we felt safe the entire time. The only issue we had was the water pressure was very low in the showers. The cleanliness was ok, the refrigerator was a bit dirty and there was hair on the sheets in the beds. The washing machine also didnt work while we were there, but they were very fast in assisting us. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

The staff and property manager Destiny were ALL unprofessional! They tried to overcharge me by thousands to stay for 12 nights, there were two bags of trash left on the balcony when I checked in AND they randomly charged my card an additional fee after I left this review on another platform. FRAUD COMPANY and would not recommend!! The property itself was nice but the staff needs to be fired!

Apartment was really nice and we really enjoyed staying there, staff was really friendly and gave us perfect instructions on how to check in, they messaged us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. I liked the size of the units. I would have liked more towels as we had 3 people and only 4 towels. Also the units were very bare....very minimal Made all noise echo, as of in an empty house. Mattress was hard, pillows were flat, one was falling apart. Location is great.

Didn’t receive check-in instructions until 1 hour before check-in despite many calls to properly management which had us very anxious & worried. Upon entering apartment there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher & towels in the washer. No TVs in bedrooms. There was a Mylar balloon that had tangled itself inside the ceiling fan which had to be cut out in order for ceiling fan to be used. We stayed 3 nights, the first 2 nights proved to be very frustrating. There was some type of vacuuming machine going on for hours and hours in the apartment above what seemed to be all night. Besides the vacuuming, there was also trampling/running/horseplay in the apartment above us until 2am on the first & second nights. After complaining, the noise was absent on the third night. They refunded the cleaning fees after our complaint of the condition of the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and has lots of potential, but is mismanaged, at least in the apartment we were staying in. I am a VRBO owner and know what I provide my renters & cleanliness is essential. The apartment was very nice but my wife and I could tell the lack of apparent housekeeping (dust accumulation, vacuuming, etc). I was going to rate it a 5 despite the uncleanliness, but the noise which kept us up until 2 am from the apartment above changed the rating to a 3 & probably with all factors included, especially this being a vacation with my family that should have been enjoyable-probably should be a 1.

The refrigerator makes a 4sec dinging noise every 10-20min. 24/7. It was annoying. The blender bottom and bottle were dirty, but I cleaned it. And it would have been nice to have a kitchen towel, and a can opener. The rest was fine.
