"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very accommodating."

"Ours was a great experience. The hotel has a quiet elegance from the moment you walk in. The staff is very gracious and helpful, and the rooms were immaculately clean. We had a delicious dinner at "Contessa" and the next night had a lite meal in The Lobby Bar which was excellent and perfectly served by "Conch" our waitperson. Highly recommend this hotel even though, like everything else these days, it's pricey."

"The overall atmosphere was relaxed. The decor took us back in time and it was great."
