"This was a worn out and tired property. Too expensive for stuffy rooms, worn out matersses, carpeting’s in common areas and rooms and miserable pillows. The

was nice enough. Nothing else was very good. Staff was good. Property needs a major refreshing. Even the foam in the dining room chairs is extremely worn out and you sink down into them. Nothing against the staff here, the property is just worn out."

"A beautiful Japanese style hotel. Great location a few minutes from the bus and train station and about 20 minutes from the castle. Lovely rooms, beautifully clean with everything you need as regards toiletries.No shoes allowed, free soft drinks after 3pm, free noodles after 9.30pm. Great natural spring

"Charming property exceptionally clean, special mention of the wonderful onsen, enjoyed our most unusual experience of sleeping in a traditional Japanese room with tatami mats.
