"Thank you very much to the receptionist Val, who was super helpful with accommodations. We loved our room #84, parking was a bit confusing and she helped us figure it out. She is awesome and the hotel is great. Wished the pools and sauna were a bit warmer."

"i really liked my stay here, very special place and service was great!"

"Very good"

"Absolutely exquisite rooms carved into the caves of Matera. The entire town is full of stairs everywhere so difficult to transport luggage. Upon check in the male reception did not offer to help us with our bags that was difficult for to senior women. But in general, the rest of the staff was very helpful very kind very accommodating, beautiful magnificent hotel in the center of town but highly recommend it."

"Overall we enjoyed the room though it was actually part of an old building, not a true cave experience. The classic room was very small with little room for luggage or seating other than a desk chair and the bed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, shielded by a curtain, was fine. "Exquisite boutique hotel in the heart of the old Sassi with easy access to everything. Beautiful property, every room a gem and the staff and ownership are superb. We have stayed here now two times and highly recommend this gem as a unique hotel experience that celebrates its history while offering a luxury experience ."

"Everything was wonderful , well located, spacious room, staff very friendly."

"Espectacular la experiencia"

"Great place to stay in Matera. One block from the piazza and everything in the piazza including the Sassi. The rooms are not luxurious but are comfortable and very clean. Wi-Fi is very reliable and decently fast. Worked fine for everyday use and for streaming. The breakfast was very good. Nothing excessive and nothing hot. But lots of great choices from cereals, fruit, pastries, pies, cheese, bread, and meats."

"La habitación increíble"

"Excellent"

"Staff was excellent"

"The staff were very nice and professional. Owner Joseph went to garage to pick us up, Roberto help with our luggage. Very helpful service. The cave rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We love to come back and recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Matera."
