"The room was tiny and noisy, with no facilities, not even to make tea, the cook too didn’t work. The staff (except one casual) were poor communicators and unprofessional. No phone reception in my room, wifi intermittent. Best thing was being close to metro."

"-We loved the location, very central. -Great large patio -The host was very difficult to get a hold of. We began messaging in July 2023 to rearrange our booking, and after 6 follow-ups of messages and phone calls, we were only able to work through the issue in September 2023. Eventually the host let us move our dates which we were very appreciative of. -Extra fees for pet not communicated despite us letting the host know we were bringing a pet at the time of booking. "We loved this hotel location and convenience. We also appreciated the layout of the family bunk room which gave us plenty of space and comfortable beds. The rooftop restaurant and bar is terrific too. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, especially Saray who helped multiple times with interpreting train schedules, routes, and ticket purchases to the Vall de Nuria in the Pyranees. We had a great stay!"
