"Amazing new hotel/residence in Mataro, close to Barca, excellent choice, despite of lack of clients feedback. There was a slight confusion about the underground parking, but was promptly resolved, thanks. Grocery supermarket and walking park next door. Highly recommended, great pricing, thank you again "

"The room was tiny and noisy, with no facilities, not even to make tea, the cook too didn’t work. The staff (except one casual) were poor communicators and unprofessional. No phone reception in my room, wifi intermittent. Best thing was being close to metro."

"The room and bathroom was big and comfortable with lots of areas for storage. Mini kitchen was serviceable. They only offer housekeeping every three days. There was only one elevator that was consistently in service, the other two were being repaired or something. Not a ton of bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there’s a metro stop nearby."

"We really liked our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. We did not use the kitchenette, but it all seemed complete and usable. We liked its location and walkability to local food in the area. The Arena shopping area and metro lines were a perfect 10-12 walk away. "

"Excellent location and walkable to many shops, restaurants, the beach… even a nice self-guided strolling/walking tour to famous landmarks like Arc de Triomf and La Sagrada Familia. Staff is very friendly and the room was a nice size. Loved the terrace for people watching!"
