"Everything was great, new, clean, and fresh. A/C was nice and quiet, even had a personal room air filter. Very safe area in and outside of the hotel. Separate couch from bed area. Bathroom and shower is very clean! And luxurious. Breakfast was good. Will stay at other hyatts in the future."

"Had a nice stay. Renovated room. Nice and clean. Nothing fancy. Very helpful staff. A few minor inconveniences, like noise coming through the ceiling from neighbors. Very good value. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Cassundra was very accommodating for my family. The night before our arrival I had called and inquired about adjoining rooms for my parents and I so that they could help with our little one; Cassundra graciously took the time and came up a solution for us. After our check in, she quickly inquired to ensure that we were given a crib, which hadn’t been, and she, within minutes, delivered one herself. Then, lastly, through their text feature, I was able to add an additional night to my stay and not have to change rooms. I sincerely appreciate her going out of her way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable, this was our first hotel stay with our toddler, and her kindness and flexibility definitely helped to make it a success! 10/10 recommend and as such I look forward to staying at other Hampton Inns in the future!"
