"Staff was very friendly, check in was flawlessly easy. Our room smelled musty and gross, and the carpeted floor was weirdly spongy. The arm chair in the room also had noticeable stains. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was great. "

"After our flight was canceled, this hotel was a lifesaver! We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long night of traveling, and thanks to Latonia, she got us into our room early so we could get some sleep! Thank you Latonia! :-) Our room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the hotel was very quiet. We finished our stay with a yummy breakfast in the lobby, did a little work with great WIFI, and the hotel shuttle kindly took us back to the airport free of charge. We were impressed! "I booked this last minute when my flight from Newark was rescheduled for an early departure from JFK. I was a little worried when I booked it but my room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk was helpful making sure I I allowed enough time in the morning. Scheduling my shuttle. Shuttle is on the hour. Very short distance to airport. I was worried that it would be too loud to sleep since it is on busy road but the room was quiet. Very pleased - would pick it again if flying out of JFK. "

"Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable. There were a few stray hairs in the bathroom and the food was hit and miss, but overall I would stay here again for a layover."
