"The unit and the complex are rather dated but the unit was clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. You do have to go up a long flight of stairs to get to the front door, this is in the listing but worth noting for luggage and those with limited mobility, this was no issue for us. It was nice to have pool, jacuzzi and gym. The gym equipment is old and limited but functional. The covered parking spot is nice for the AZ sun. "

"We stayed here with 4 adults and one child, plenty of room for all of us with extra room to spare. We also did some entertaining with our family that lives locally and the home had plenty of space to host and seat everyone .There were children's toys, books, a high chair, and pack and play supplied as well. The backyard is amazing, with a fully fenced pool area and separate area outside of the fenced pool area that offers a covered patio and turf area to play yard games without worry of our son...

Lots of linens.The outdoor patio, loungers and table area was excellent.The pool unfortunately was way too cold to use as there was no heater which we would have gladly paid extra to heat it. In our 17 days we went in the pool, albeit for about 30 seconds, just once."

space. There were ants, but the owner responded quickly and they dissipated with spray. Not a cleanliness issue, just the nature of the area. House was clean, well stocked, comfortable and as advertised. Communication was good. Beds were comfortable, showers good. Pool and

clean. Garage parking available to get the car out of the sun. Great...
