"Room was clean, staff is friendly & helpful. Lights were awkward, for example, you could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on additional lights. Lobby is somewhat loud, like a bar. Bottled water provided in room daily, which was great. Good location for tube connections."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing that disappointed us was the fact that there was a glass door to the bathroom, which did not close like a proper door. This meant that you could hear every sound from the bathroom! The bathroom did not offer guests privacy."

"Staff was very available and tried to be helpful. We had no issues with the room. It has elevators to all the rooms! But does have 3-4 steps to enter the lobby. The location is great and very convenient. Nice to walk around and also easy bus and train to other areas. I would stay again"

"Bel endroit propre et moderne avec un très bon déjeuner qui vaut la peine de payer d’avance. Bien situé, malgré quand même beaucoup de marche pour se rendre aux attractions telles le Big Ben ou le London Eye mais très tranquille De plus, il y a de petites rues qui s’anime autour le soir pour aller souper"
