"Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed and clearly very well cared for- our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff made our stay especially memorable. Luca took the time to arrange a late check-in with us and, once we arrived, sat down with us and gave us some fantastic recommendations for Berlin. Ella also made us a coffee that was so good I was still thinking about it days later. The shower was fabulous, and the water...

"The check-in personnel exhibited a level of service that did not align with the standards expected of a five-star establishment."

"Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, Personal immer sehr freundlich, die Bar hat gute Drinks."

"كانت ممتازة ، ولكن انصدمت في عدم وجود اشياء أساسية مثل فرش الأسنان و كريم يدين و صنادل للغرفة ، عندما طلبتها احضروها . يجيب ان تكون موجودة من الأساس "

"Trop cool!"

"Wie immer, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!!! Waren spät dran mit Check-in - von daher leider keinen Parkplatz mehr bekommen zum Stromern... Ansonsten top - Saunanutzung bis 12:00 war inkl."

"Had a couple of issues with the room which meant moving at 10.30pm but staff were helpful and did make sure all was ok following day and apologised for the issues. Great location for sightseeing. Surprised restaurant was closed on a Sunday night, good selection for breakfast. On the whole staff friendly and helpful."

"central location very comfortable bed quite room"

"The hotel is perfectly. located. Five minute walk to the S-Bahn and buses, or walk into the city centre within twenty minutes. Quiet part of town (only noise was the refuse collection). Three excellent restaurants nearby. The accommodation has a comfy bed, plenty of storage and a well functioning bathroom. Breakfast was delightful...loads of choices, primarily cold meats, breads, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, salad, plenty of juices. No hot food except eggs, but i personally didn't feel...

"My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel was updated, beautiful, clean, excellent service (concierge, front desk, in room service, etc). Fabulous swimming pool, gym and spa area as well. Again, all updated. The hotel is also centrally located - near most of the key places to visit in Berlin, close to the underground metro system and many restaurants - all close walking distance."

"The room was clean and spacious."

"Hotel was perfect for our stay. Staff were excellent friendly and helpful"

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s clean, with good amenities, high quality and very clean rooms and very helpful/polite staff. Breakfast is excellent and, again, the staff in the restaurant are very helpful and welcoming. My only reservation is that there are no USB plugs in the rooms - this is different to pretty much any hotel I’ve stayed in for 5+ years - it’s 2026, everyone need USB power so this need to be remedied… That said, with a great location and everything else...
