"The area around the hotel did not appear to be the greatest, but the hotel and staff make up for this. The gentleman who checked me in was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & SYMPATHETIC to the inconvenience I was facing upon arrival to Marseilles. Everyone was very nice, our hotel room had a corner window with a very nice view of the city, where you can see the hills, what appeared to be a castle, and the ocean.
