A really good location with the underground only 200m from the hotel. Very friendly check in, most helpful for stranger to the city. Nice room, and very quiet. Really nice for the four days we were there.

Super nice people willing to help. Friday night its very complicated to park because there is a market saturday morning close by, but, they offered a discount in the parking just below the hotel. Saturday was super easy in the street and priceless. Subway really close. The appartement was newly painted and smelled strong but it was super clean and fabtastic views from the terrace. We will be back.

The hotel suited our purposes and was convenient to public transportation and a pleasant daily street market. However, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. To their credit, they did not hesitate and moved us to another room. The second room we were given was comfortable, adequately large, equipped with a kitchenette, had a window that could be open to let in fresh air, and had a large comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was not a sense of cleanliness or attention to detail by the hotel - the bottom of the bathroom door was extremely water damaged and needed repair, one light fixture and art on the wall was crooked, and the holes and mismatched paint had not been attended to after replacing a light fixture in the bathroom. The front desk staff, however, was attentive and helpful.

Ok. I'm not one to knock hotels and lodgings but, with this one i will make an exception. The hotel is not in the nicest bit of town. It had some homeless and other dubious characters hanging around. The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade. Personally I'd pull it down and start again. The rooms are dark with the strangest lighting set up I've seen in years. The bathroom stank. The towels were grubby. One light above the sink. The beds were ok but the pillows should have been condemned to the bin years ago. Having said that, it's not the worst hotel I've stayed in. The staff were nice and there is a Carrefour supermarket really close which has most stuff. I only stayed here due to there being a couple of events which had taken up the hotels which i would usually stay in. Never again! Avoid if you can.

Douche spacieuse et pratique, chambre propre, conforme à la description (serviettes, sèche cheveux, kitchenette etc). Très bien! Endroit calme et climatisation fonctionnelle (ce qui est très appréciable). Petit souci de télécommande, télévision et wifi mais rien de bien important. Je recommande cet hôtel!

CATASTROPHIQUE, accueil très moyen. 1er soir, on rentre après 00h et personne pour ouvrir la porte en bas de la réception. On nous répond « vous n’avez qu’à attendre » La carte pour ouvrir la chambre ne marchait pas et quand on l’a dit on nous l’a même pas remise à jour il a fallu attendre le lendemain. L’eau dans la baignoire devenait brûlante par moment alors qu’elle était réglée sur froid. Un endroit À FUIR

Il y avait des travaux dans les chambres à côté et nous n'avions pas été prévenus. Notre chambre était à la limite du délabré, la fenêtre ne fermait pas très bien et le vent entrait. Le nettoyage n'était pas inclus, j'ai demandé à la réception le nécessaire pour nettoyer et on m'a dit qu'ils envoyaient la gouvernante et qu'on me donnerait ce qu'il faut pour le faire mais personne n'est venu.. en tout cas, le rapport qualité prix est correct..

Bon rapport qualité prix, hotel bien situé et d'un prix modique pour la qualité de la prestation. Mais le matelas du lit d'appoint était inconfortable avec un trou au milieu. Et il y avait une ambiguïté sur le parking voiture : le parking indiqué sur le site hotels.com est en réalité un parking Indigo à 4,40€ de l'heure en journée. Par ailleurs, au moment du départ, l'hôtesse d'accueil a remarqué notre petit chien et m'a indiqué que les chiens n'étaient pas acceptés dans l'établissement. Hors, le parking et l'acceptation des chiens sont mes 2 critères principaux de recherche d'un hébergement... Je ne m'explique pas la méprise.

A chaque fois que je viens travailler à marseille, je descend ici. Idealement placé et juste a coté du metro. L'hotel n'est pas tout jeune mais il est propre et le rapport qualité prix est imbatable. L'acceuil est efficace et sympathique

Accueil moyen mais Directrice exceptionnelle. Va au devant des clients, à l’écoute. Par contre, le canapé qui devait être pour la 3ème personne n’etait pas prévu pour le couchage et est dans un très mauvais état. Donc, l’adulte a dû dormir dans le recoin où il y a deux lits superposés sans porte et coin très petit.

court séjour convenable studio très confortable j'ai passé une bonne soirée et est très bien dormi seul problème ce n'était pas très clean : collant sur la table serviettes tâchées bouilloire mal nettoyée. Sinon le personnel est très aimable.
