"I like everything about this hotel except the elevators. I have stayed here twice and it always seems that you have to wait forever for the elevators during the day as the maid staff is constantly using them to move carts up and down between floors. I understand that the laundry is probably in one central location, but i would think that each floor should have its own supply closet for the cleaning carts. It is a minor annoyance but something i felt i should mention. Everything else about this property is good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was fairly quiet during our stay. The front desk staff here has always been exceptionally freindly and profesional."

"This is our third time being at this hotel and the staff is always friendly and it is close to downtown but you don't have all the noise and activity of college. We were there on graduation weekend so we were expecting to more inconvenienced."

"I was visiting due to my mother’s passing and was just expecting the typical Ramada that I’ve always known. I was blown away by the new Restaurant with its creative menu and cocktails. This was some of the best food I’ve had in a while and the BEST french onion soup. I sat at the bar and had great service. Vaughn did an outstanding job. It seemed like everyone had a passion for whatever they were doing. The Beverage Manger was very hands on and extremely knowledgable. You could tell he cares about the product and service provided. "
