As many other reviewers have pointed out, the property is being remodeled, but they've obviously started with the rooms, which are, after all, the most important part. "The room was on the first floor but had steps from the lobby. It did have a back door close to the room in order to bring our bags in. No breakfast but there were options within walking distance. The location is perfect for walking past the shops and restaurants to the harbor. The room was small and only one person could use the bathroom to get ready."
