"Great location to central Bath. Friendly accommodating staff and a comfortable room. Not a bad walk from the train station"

"A beautiful place in a perfect location to explore Bath."

"No complaints at all. Pleased to be able to park on site, and use the bus service into the City. "Breakfast was very nice. A good location to stay."

"Fantastic spa. Lovely decoration. Excellent position."

"Fantastic room, helpful staff and a tasty breakfast. Good location, with free parking. Would stay again!"

It's such a pleasure to receive genuine excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you."

"A lovely stay spoilt on the last day. After handing our room key back, the receptionist ran after us and accused us of not paying, despite me paying 2 weeks beforehand! They apologised and blamed Expedia for the mixup. It was rather embarrassing, so hey guys - Dont bother booking through Expedia!!"

"Good clean hotel in a central location on College Green."
