No tengo ninguna queja"

"The property was in a great location for the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding 10 out of 10. I would recommend this hotel."

"We were in a room for people with wheelchair which is not a major problem as we are not handicaped ourselves. However, the shower was directly on the floor in the bathroom with a non-sufficient slope to evacuate the water properly. So we had water on almost the entire floor in the bathroom. I had to ask for 2 big towels to use as sponges so that part of the floor was kept dry, and then find a place to dry up those towels after the shower. As the room was also rented to non-handicaped people,...

"Niet van veel gebruik gemaakt. Kamer was schoon, personeel vriendelijk, ligging geweldig"

"The location of the hotel was perfect! Clean, breakfast was nice (although had limited options), and they had coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7!"

"CONS: The lack of an actual person for registration - being automated - highly object to this. Lack of amenities: no phone, microwave or sufficient seating in the rooms. No suitcase stands - suitcase has to sit on the floor. Continental B'fast and Full B'fast - on repeat - no variety from day to day. Fruit choices not necessarily fresh. PROS: Beds are very comfortable. Cleaning staff very accommodating and friendly."

"Property itself is decent and the location works well if you’re driving. However, the staff attitude and housekeeping standards were disappointing for a Premier Inn. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and the room was never properly cleaned once. I requested housekeeping twice — each time they came and simply remade the bed with the same used sheets and left the same used towels. No linen change, no fresh towels, nothing replaced. For a family stay this is completely unacceptable. Staff were...

"The staff is friendly, and I understand that the price is in line with the hotel’s category. However, cleanliness is something that should never be compromised. As a point for improvement, the housekeeping team needs to be more efficient and better supervised. There was hair in the bathtub drain, the mirror had not been properly cleaned and had marks on it, as if a dirty cloth had been used, and the carpet had not been vacuumed thoroughly, with small pieces of rubbish scattered around. What...
