Very well laid out to conserve space. Beds are a bit small for 2, but we managed. Loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby. Nice spot to sit after a long day of exploring. Very convenient to trams and everything we wanted to see while in Edinburgh.

Great location and very friendly staff. However, the cleanliness could have been better. The room had a strong cigarette smoke. Overall, the location and service were good, but the cleanliness and odors definitely need improvement.

The property was as described. Really enjoyed the common sitting area at the reception area. Close and easy walk from the train station and the town tour buses. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here on a return trip to Edinburgh.

Very nice and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered free bag holds before and after check in as well as coffee, tea, and water while you are there. Breakfast was good. The air conditioning if ok. Doesn't keep up too well during the day, but was fine overnight.

The hotel is centrally located to pubs and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. As most everything in the the UK, the rooms are small, but still manageable.

Room was clean, staff was very kind and helpfull, i’d recommend. Rooms were tiny, but that’s something we were aware of before booking, so no issue there. If i were to complain, i’d suggest adding a cleaning brush for the toilet in the rooms, as that is something that was missing, and is not fun when you cannot clean the toilet.

On a quieter side of town, very safe with good close options for dining within 2-3 block radius. Staff was friendly and very helpful with all our needs. Room was a bit lackluster, felt like the bedding wasnt overly clean
