Central location, sparkling clean and very quiet. The city is in your doorstep!
Great value for Edinburgh, and staff are excellent. We’ll readily stay again!
Conveniently located to attractions and public transit. Staff was excellent—very helpful and super friendly! Rooms were well appointed, comfy and clean.
Fantastic location looking out on Princes St Garden and Edinburgh Castle, and close to everything! The room was comfortable and nicely appointed (coffeemaker, bathroom amenities), although I’m not sure why the bedding didn’t include a top sheet.

I have stayed in a few Premier Inns in the UK and this one seemed a bit shabby. The stay was not helped by the fact that the restaurant was out of commission....always good for breakfast or even dinner after a tiring day sightseeing. This was the most expensive and least attractive one that I have stayed in.
Bed and pillows as comfy as usual.
We had a city view room which meant we given a perfect view of Edinburgh castle. The castle lis lit up at night which was beautiful but was also lovely view with our morning coffee. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and pubs on rose street. Also walking distance to Edinburgh castle, royal mile and queens garden walking path. We landed at 8am and hotel had a secure room to store luggage while we toured the city until our check in time at 3pm. Fabulous place to stay!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Nice property, great location. safe and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom has a tub/shower set up, it is a bit hard to get in and out of for shorter people, anyone with mobility issues, or senior citizens. If the bathroom floor is wet, stepping out can be a bit dangerous. A bit pricey for the overall quality. Overall 3 stars.
If you are looking for a centrally located place in Edinburgh, this is it! So easy to get around, a view of the castle when you walk out the door, very close to restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.
Breakfast was not available as the kitchen was closed, so we had to walk to another location near Waverley for breakfast. The property is conveniently located on Princes Street, which is a plus. However, basic housekeeping services were not provided during our stay. We had to go downstairs every time we needed toilet paper, fresh towels or other essentials.
Overall, I feel the property is overpriced for the quality of service and facilities offered. The location is excellent, but the service definitely needs improvement.
