I call it my home away from home and I stay there frequently when visiting our children! Spectacular views, inviting atmosphere and stay second to none! Special shout out to Alejandro at the breakfast buffet! He was exceptionally kind to me and our family! This hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Chicago! "There was only one working elevator for the entire hotel. The lobby was so small and uncomfortable. They had a small coffee cart and water machine. This is not a great hotel. It’s strictly average"
