"Everything was great except the communication of the parking garage. It says bring tour ticket for validation, I did at check in. We were charged $38 plus the $50 incidental. When we checked out, I turned in our room keys. Went to leave and was charged another $38. I tried to show we were charged. The attendant said you have to turn your keys in at the garage. Ok fine, but couldn't this just be communicated? Other than that, everything was oerfect."

"Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless in this section of Philadelphia but that is not due to anything the hotel is or is not doing unless they can get more involved in the local government to address this issue. "

"My only concern was that your room was next to the elevator bank, which could have been very noisy. It did vibrate in the room when the elevator was in use. but by the time we went to bed, the activity lessened. "
