SLEEPING — REAL BEDS FOR 8
Bedroom 1: king bed. Bedroom 2: queen bed. Bedroom 3: queen bed. The game/living area adds a twin/full bunk bed and two sleeper sofas — kids claim the bunks, grandparents take a bedroom, nobody draws the short straw.

STAY AND PLAY
Private lake with a walking path and dam; game room with pool table and ping-pong table; board games and books; Smart TV and a laptop-friendly workspace; a glass solarium gazebo made for morning coffee and sunset wine.

Fast WiFi, central A/C and heating, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, linens and towels, toiletries, hair dryer, pack 'n play, backup generator, and step-free access. Self check-in with keypad entry; the entire property is yours. The wood-burning stove is decorative only. Cell signal is limited (Verizon slightly better) — download your maps before you arrive; the cottage is easiest to find in daylight. For your safety, 16 exterior security cameras (outward-facing only) monitor the grounds and record video and audio when activated by motion. Photo ID may be required at check-in. No smoking, no events or parties.
