bedrooms (one with a desk), two bathrooms, laundry room, and spacious outdoor areas to include, chairs, a
barbecue, picnic table, and cornhole game.

Need a break? This home makes for a perfect getaway at only 5 minutes from the delightful town of Mariposa
and just 35 miles (45 min -1 hour) from the Arch Rock entrance of Yosemite National Park.
A cozy home amongst the oaks with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This open concept home has a
living room, kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room with washer/dryer, and
spacious outdoor areas.
Relax on the reclining sofa or chair while reading your favorite book, watching one of the stocked movies or
choosing an app on the Smart TV. You may also enjoy just gazing at the boulders just outside the windows.
-The living room has a smart tv, DVD player, movies, games, books, sofa, and a comfy chair.
The large kitchen has most everyday essentials for cooking a delicious meal and a lovely view of the outdoors.
-The kitchen has a dining table for four, pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and a keurig. We
supply regular and decaf coffee k-cups, tea bags, hot chocolate, sugar, and creamer.
-There are two bedrooms each with comfortable beds, linens, dressers, nightstands, closets, and bedroom 2 has
a desk and chair.
Bedroom 1 has a memory foam queen bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a memory foam queen bed. The hall bath is just outside the door.
-There are two bathrooms, one attached to bedroom 1 that has a shower, the other near bedroom 2 that has a
bathtub/shower. Each bathroom has linens, a hairdryer, toothbrush holder, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner,
and body wash.
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
At the front of the house, amongst the boulders and under the trees is just as well furnished. Rest in the lawn
chairs, prepare a meal on the barbecue with its own shady gazebo, dine at the picnic table, or play a game of
cornhole. At night enjoy the ambiance of the outdoor string lights.
-The outdoor furnished area has a picnic table, lawn chairs, and barbeque grill.
(We supply utensils and propane.)

HOUSE RULES:
1. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
2. Self check-in is available via smart lock.
3. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
4. No pets, parties, or events are permitted.
5. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
7. Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a fee of up to one full night's charge.
8. Before departure, please remove trash, wash used dishes, and leave the property tidy.
