"PRO - friendly staff, questions were answered with ease, smooth (early) check-in, easy checkout, lots of eateries within a 5-10min walk from hotel CON - shower wall did not extend far enough so shower water resulted in slippery floors and a soaked bath mat."

"I got there extremely early and they were gracious enough to have me check in before the time which I was grateful for because I had an eventful night ahead of me and I definitely needed as much sleep as I could get. The staff is kind and deals with everyone according to their needs. "

"The lobby and bar/restaurant have a very appealing look, very nicely decorated as are the hallways. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.I would say that the bathroom lighting is inadequate for putting on makeup, way too dark in there. Also there was no desk light either which was needed. Floor was a bit sticky which made me wonder what was used to clean it. Other than that, very nice hotel. "
