There was no furnishings in this recently renovated hotel other than a bed, table and chair. The curtains were threadbare. No one should have to put their things into open cubby holes for a week. There was no place to put valuables, not even a drawer.
Gap at the bottom of the door lets in a lot of light and noise from the hall. There were also people prowling around the unlocked exterior doors at night. Other guests obviously vaped and smoked in their. rooms and the hall.
The staff was very helpful for such a sketchy place. They addressed all concerns that they could address. The only knock was that the front desk person was asleep when i got there and i had to wake him up to get my room.
Housekeeping was hit or miss. The coffee maker still had the grounds in it from the last guest so the room could not been cleaned between then and 5/6. There was also a plastic cup under the bed.
This establishment is not set up for guests staying longer than over night. This is a relatively large 'no-tell motel.' I was warned about the location but gave it a shot due to the name. I made a bad decision to stay here and it won't happen again.
