"This property is conveniently located close to Kent Falls State Park. The owners are very friendly and chatted with us at checkin and during breakfast. Restaurants and stores are in Kent, about 6 miles away. Breakfast is included: cereal, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, and tea. "The room had a strong mildew smell that caused me to be congested when in the room."

"The staff the rooms the atmosphere location the FOOD. Well deserved best hotel in the state by far."

"For the price it is exactly as you should expect. The room was clean, but needed very minor upgrades. The grounds were in poor condition. But I didn't come here for anything but the basics, bed, shower, and toilet, and that is what I got. I would use them again. Wifi and phone reception were great. Bring your own phone charger and toiletries."

"I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for a short vacation and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for enjoying the beautiful fall foliage nearby."

"Tidy small inn and very comfortable. Coffee and tea were available at a station in the hall as well as in each room. Easy to come and go. Small restaurants and coffee shop are within easy walking distance."

"Was told room would be on first floor, asked for a higher floor. Was told it would take 15 minutes- took almost an hour. While waiting, was informed that there was a water pressure issue. Room smelled like stale water the whole stay. Water was still brown and had to let it run for a bit before using."
