"This hotel is so close to everything we wanted to see in San Francisco! We walked to Coit Tower, Lombard Street, Chinatown, and the wharf easily. Clean, comfortable rooms and a really great breakfast buffet were the icing on the cake. We loved our stay and highly recommend it! "

"This was the first time I had stayed at the Hyatt and my mom's first time in San Francisco. From the time we checked in and were helped bring our bags to our room, we were incredibly happy. The location was great; it was right in the middle of everything which made it easy to stay busy. We will definitely be returning to the Hyatt!"

"Beautiful roof top view of the city with high priced food and drink, and poor variety of food. Over-priced parking! $70/night. Unsafe and filthy area outside of hotel along sidewalks to get to the Hilton Parking Garage, or go sight seeing. Hilton should provide safe free shuttle service at those fees."
