"Great location! Walking distance to everything from Chinatown to North Beach to the Ferry Building. Staff was nice and friendly. They were stripping the floors in the main entrance, which caused some traffic coming and going and loud noise. Seemed like odd timing knowing they had increased traffic with the World Cup, to choose then to do the floors and block off the exit doors. Due to high traffic, the elevators always seemed to be a wait. Only 1 set (of 4) elevators for the entire building, which easily could have used more sets given the size of the hotel. Overall, great place to stay. Highly recommend."

"The hotel room was fantastic. Easy to use AC and spacious room. Little noisy first night from the neighbors bumping around but with the AC running and my own fan, didn't hear anything. Loved the cafe near the lobby. The fireplace was awesome, especially early mornings waiting for the uber driver."

"Clean room , had to wait a couple more minutes for my other room to be ready but other than that checking in was easy and staff were friendly. What we loved the most was our view from the top floor of the Golden Gate Bridge and the bay. Only thing that I didn’t like was how constricted the parking was that we didn’t want to take our small suv out again because is so hard. So we walked alot and paid for other transportation to get around."

"The reason I didn't give the property an excellent on cleanliness is, they were remodeling. Our room was great and clean. When the property advertised there was a breakfast, we didn't expect coffee, juice, bananas, and granola bars. Everything else was fine. It was a great location for where we were sightseeing."

Also, I appreciated the free parking, and the well-decorated rooms, which also had a fridge and coffee maker. I look forward to staying here again in the future!"
