"We love coming here. This is our 4th year staying at the Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa. I gave perfect scores in every category. But, I need to address a slight issue we had, but it was resolved to our liking. The past three years, we reserved the Nautical One Bedroom Suite. On Expedia it states it is 1,300 sq. feet and has one bedroom with a living room/couch/kitchen. Since my other son was coming with us in 2025, I decided to book the Nautical Two Bedroom Suite. Now it appears that Expedia changed the description, because it used to say 1,800 sq. feet. Now it does not have that listed. But when we checked in, we were only given two connecting rooms. When we asked the front desk, and I showed her the listed 1,800 sq. feet, she showed me the actual Marina Fiesta website and it showed the sq. feet for the two bedroom was only 1,386 sq. feet. After some back and forth, they made good and gave us a two bedroom suite with a sitting area that included a couch and kitchen area. I see this was recently changed on Expedia.com. I know it once stated 1,800 sq. feet. I would not have booked it had I not thought we were receiving a much bigger suite than the one bedroom I have reserved in 2022, 2023, and 2024."

"This was our first visit to Cabo and it did not disappoint. We had 3 adults, 2 19 year olds and a 16 year old. This condo was perfect for us as was the resort and location. The condo is so well equipped with everything you may need. The view from the patios is amazing. We took full advantage of the onsite restaurant and bar. The food and drinks are excellent and affordable. The staff are so kind. After the first day, they recognize you and can almost anticipate your order. We loved the views and breeze from the pool separate from the palapa pool. Walking to the marina was very easy. As was getting an uber to other parts of town. The landscaping is unbelievable. This place is a jewel. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us."

"We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Being on the Pacific side means you are away from many tourists. The two pools were awesome with more than enough chairs. The swim up bar with restaurant was a plus and again, never a struggle to get a chair. Our room had access onto the sand and ocean views. We were a group of 7 adults and enjoyed the space and cleanliness of each room. Will definitely stay here again on our next Cabo vacation!"
