"Everything was super smooth. Check-in (free upgrade), bell staff (Juan was great!), rooms were living and bedroom with 2 bathrooms. We had 3 balconies and the views were amazing! The food doesn’t have options but it’s really good food. We stayed at other resorts before and it was trash. Def worth the upgrade! Will def stay here again in couple months when I return 🔥"

"I had such a perfect stay here, I got a private 2 queen bed room. The price point was great and the location couldn’t have been better, everything was walkable. We walked to the beach, restaurants, stores, and coffee shops with ease, and being right in the marina made it even more special. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, easily exceeding my expectations. You also need a key card to get access to the room area, so it felt very safe. The hotel had a nice pool, daily happy hour drinks, and plenty of social events, which made it easy to meet people. I appreciated that it was both lively and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and welcoming. Overall, an incredible experience with no complaints, I’d absolutely recommend it."

"This was the BEST of The BEST at The Hacienda! Booked one week before and Steven (owner) was informative and very accommodating The furnishing were very up to date and my daughter did not want to leave!Loved It and can’t wait to stay again! "

"The condo is gorgeous and very spacious; they have in-unit washer-dryer every bedroom had a private full bathroom! They have a private shuttle service that you can pay for from airport to condo & back - very convenient and easy for large group planning. It was a little bit confusing to navigate getting out of the condo to get to the street for Uber pick up but we got the hang of it after doing some exploring and walking around. The apartment was very hot when we arrived the first day because the AC was not fully on, but communication with the concierge was easy and they helped us fix it quickly while we were away at dinner. If this space had a pool, it would have been KILLER! Views were amazing overall overlooking the marina and the evening sunsets were absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend"
