"I have always enjoyed the restaurants but now I have stayed in one of the rooms and that was incredibly enjoyable as well!"

"The property has a beach house vibe that creates a really pleasant feeling. The atmosphere is lovely and inviting, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming."

"Excellent location. Friendly staff. Big rooms. Clean rooms although a bit wornout"

"Room was great!"

"It is under construction and not up to par with what you would expect from a Ritz Carlton property, I wish we’d stayed at hotel June or somewhere more affordable. Definitely not worth the money."

"Front Desk Staff lack Hospitality. Unfriend, Rude and non helpful. I was never told upon check in about complimentary breakfast which I paid for where it was held . Also, when asked , if there was coffee available , I was told.. ummmm, In your room. I love this hotel and location, but the staff needs some manners. Now, I know and wont have to bother them again. "Good hotel in a good quiet location, staff was friendly as always"

"This place was cozy and very convenient. It is in walking distance of everything in Venice Beach! We will definitely stay here again!"

"It simply was an older property that was in need of some TLC. But for the price and location you can’t beat it. Staff was incredible"
