"Hotel is situated right in the centre of Conwy so great for walking to all of the sights. A beautiful old building with lots of character and very nice bar and restaurant. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean with stunning antique decor .There is also parking at the back with plenty of spaces and also across the road, parking for hotel guests too. The staff were all lovely and helpful and we absolutely loved our stay at the Castle and will definitely be back ! "

"Our stay at Y Capel was wonderful! We loved the heritage associated with the building. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was awesome. The common area was lovely with extra amenities. Check-in at the Erskine Arms (immediately across the road) was quick and easy. Breakfast was included (at the Erskine Arms), and it was delicious with lots of choice. Y Capel is a wonderful spot for exploring all the sites of Conwy. We would highly...

"The whole stay was excellent. Our room was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. All food was cooked to order and well presented. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and location is just a short walk from the main promenade and shopping mall. Would definitely stay again if visiting th area."
