"One of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed. Such a relaxing and friendly place, great food, and wonderful service, especially from Sri and Daisy. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and traffic of other places in Bali. The only consideration is stairs, if that’s a problem then you might want to try elsewhere, but for a great vacation you can’t go wrong with Black Penny Villas."

The service, cuisine, accommodation, and setting were the true epitome of luxury. Our rice terrace villa was absolutely sublime. "This property and the staff were absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't have wished for a better start to my stay in Bali. I stayed here for 3 nights and had a hill view room with lovely views, granted that I had to be ready to face monkeys as they did come and walk along it, hang off chairs etc. Be mindful to keep food out of sight. The ambience at this hotel is chilled, calm and helps you to immerse in the culture. I loved it and would stay again. The hotel sent me a tray of desserts expressing with a card wishing me well after I sustained an injury on an excursion. Such care. Also the food here was out of this world. "

"Adi and Sandy were such a delight as were all of the staff: so helpful. The place is stunning and just a short 10 mins scooter ride to the centre. No mold and low chlorine pool. Very nice and miss it already "

"This place is relaxation and comfort. The room is amazing and I have the personal pool in front which is amazing for random skinny dipping when I feel like it. The place is modern and beautiful. The pools are great and you can’t get better service. Loved my stay here. The spa was also amazing."

"Beautiful townhouse, it was spacious, bright and clean; it’s a bit off the beaten path but easy to get to and from via grab, and that meant it was in a quiet and serene spot. The staff were very friendly, super responsive and helpful, we only wish we could have stayed longer!"
