"One of the best resorts I have stayed at. This resort is a 5 Star resort. This resort is a perfect spot to just kick back and relax. The room we had was incredible and it was more like a villa. The staff is amazing and I can’t wait to go back next time I come to Bali."

"I enjoyed my stay at Hoshi Jungle Resort. The staff was polite and felt safe staying there as a solo traveler. I originally was supposed to travel with a group of individuals but flights got canceled or changed. So I ended uo spending my birthday alone and the staff were sweet enough to sing happy birthday to me and give me a free dessert. My private pool over looked a beautiful view and the main pool was gorgeous as well. My room was also maintained nicely. The app I downloaded for transportation was not working, however staff was able to assist me with rides to places I wanted to visit. If I were to return to Bali I would stay at this resort again. "

"Our stay at The Kayon Jungle Resort was nothing short of transcendent. Words struggle to do justice to an experience that must truly be lived. The hospitality here is extraordinary, orchestrated with impeccable grace by Front Office Resort Manager Mr. Gusti, whose leadership clearly sets the tone for a team that communicates with remarkable attentiveness about every guest’s preferences and experiences. Our primary butler Ms. Windy anticipated needs before we voiced them, while Ms. Augustini, our experiences butler, curated every moment with exquisite care and warmth. Their attention to detail is a masterclass in hospitality that many in the industry would do well to study. The highlights were unforgettable; a romantic couples spa, a breathtaking candlelit dinner at the chapel, and a magical birthday evening by the infinity pool where an acoustic group serenaded us with classic love songs. Our travel assistant Nova, on a day tour thoughtfully arranged by Manager Luis, introduced us to temples, a coffee plantation, and a traditional Balinese home, a cultural immersion that enriched the entire stay. If there were ever a place where a husband could earn lifelong brownie points, this is it. My wife declared this her most memorable birthday ever. Quite simply, the best gift a man can give his woman is the Kayon Jungle Resort experience."

"We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon while it was in its soft opening phase. To be fair, since it’s a new property, the room quality and facilities were clean and brand new. The staff initially seemed friendly. However, our experience was completely ruined by their utter lack of professionalism during and after checkout. We had a massage at the hotel and specifically requested to "post to room" to pay during checkout. When we checked out, we paid for our room service and explicitly asked the front desk, "Is everything settled? Are we good to go?" They confirmed that everything was paid for and told us we were clear to leave. Here is where the nightmare started: 1. Harassment on the way to the airport: While heading to the airport, the hotel contacted us claiming they "forgot" to charge us for the massage. 2. Security Risk: They asked for my credit card information over the phone. Even after providing it, they claimed the payment failed and started demanding an e-transfer. 3. Constant Nagging: Ever since then, the management has been hounding me via WhatsApp and email, constantly asking me to do this and that to fix their mistake. This is clearly an issue caused by the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff, not the guest. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, they have been incredibly annoying and have repeatedly ruined my post-vacation mood. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. If you want a stress-free honeymoon, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. It's really isolated and quite far from the town centre, but they do provide free transfers there. You likely would need to get a private driver as you can't really get gojek, grab or klook pick ups from here, so if you arrange a driver from the airport, best to just hire them as a driver for activities nearby. The hotel itself is awesome, fantastic staff and hospitality. Good service and wonderful breakfast selection. The Villa's themselves are well maintained, but some of the places look a bit dated. There's also a sauna and cold plunge pool for guests."
