Staff were friendly, room was super clean and comfortable, you are right slap bang at the terminal, and there is a much appreciated discount off food and drink options. And a very handy tea/coffee room just down the corridor - essential for the early morning flight!"

"Loved this hotel, clean room, air conditioning worked unlike other hotels I’ve visited, staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The omelette guy at breakfast was a hero working at the pace of a barista! The breakfast foods were well stocked and continually being replaced, I feel all the staff were polite and friendly but a special mention to the breakfast crew they had extreme patience 😊"

"The room was lovely and I loved that they had a mini fridge, air con and my view was great of the river. Close by to Tesco, cable carts. The swimming pool is small, and awkwardly down a lot of stairs. The sauna is in the changing room, so if you go with a partner you won’t experience this together. About 5 loungers around the pool. No robe in the room, but I saw other guests with them. Breakfast was ok but the juice was very warm, which isn’t nice on a hot day."
