One of the flats we had didnt have a working tv and keylock on balcony came out the door (3nice) 82 prague was lovely a little dirty in bathroom (shower screen and bath had mould by tiles) and balcony was really dirty. Other than that the whole stay was lovely and have no other moans "

"Love the location on Cardiff Bay, near the Senedd, the restaurants and Torchwood HQ. Our sat nav had trouble finding the affiliated car park but we got there in the end."

"Excellent communication by Steve, perfect spot for a night in the City, 5 minute walk to the Stadium and the city, lovely room all beds in one room perfect for family and friends, nice touches, fresh milk left, lovely area out the back to sit and chill. "We stayed because we were going to the stadium, which was literally over the road, so perfect. So clean and lovely, even little bottles of prosecco on arrival, lovely touch. My only moan is i contacted them to ask if there would be a hairdryer, was told there would be but there wasn't, annoying as i didn't take my own for that reason. "

"We booked many months ago for 8 people. As we landed into wales we received a call saying the apartment was double booked. After much distress and negotiation we managed to get in the property. There were only 5 knives and forks, no utensils. Few glasses and not well equiped at all. Two beds had collapsed bases which couldn't be used, the sofa bed was single and in very poor condition. We had no wifi or TV connection. The fittings were very poor and a very dirty place. On the whole it was not...
