"Beautiful place, decor is lovely, large bedrooms, everything is so clean and well kept. Food in the bar and breakfast was lovely, veggie options are good. Staff are very friendly, especially stephen at the bar and Cameron on reception. This is our third time visiting Lanelay hall and will definitely be back. We especially like the Tribe spa area, outdoorpool was lovely and the inside pool is decorated lovely, relaxing music, scent and atmosphere. "

"We had a lovely stay at Gails. I received a phonecall earlier in the day from Lucy to say that the boiler was not working and they were unable to get anyone to fix it so they would be refunding us half of the cost back which was very nice of them as this was not their fault and these things happen. Checking in was easy, parking was fine, the room was lovely, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and was very nice. If i'm ever in Barry again I would definitely...

"Stayed in cabin 3, and despite reading some recent negative reviews, we were very happy with the room. It was clean, well stocked and the view over the lake in the morning was amazing. Breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. Our only small gripe was the beds weren’t particularly comfortable. Mattresses are subjective and we were only there 1 night. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay there again. It’s also only 25 minutes from Cardiff centre. "

"My Riverhouse stay has been delightful and I enjoyed it. The property was near Cardiff Central Station and it is accessible to buses and other modes of transportation. It is also near tourist attractions like Cardiff Castle and the National Museum of Natural History. The place itself is clean, amenities are easily accessble and the self-check in was very convenient."

"We had a very enjoyable stay after a good family party at the pub. The attic room was very comfortable, though rather too warm. We had to open the windows, but the heavy rain that night meant we couldn't leave them open too much. Also, that heavy rain on the Velux windows did disturb us quite a bit. Nothing that the Inn could do about it, just lead to disturbed sleep."
