"We had a fabulous stay in June 2025. Beautiful layout of the home with all the amenities needed and close to everything. Having the boat lift is a must for our vacation rentals as we always bring out boat. We had a few encounters with Dolphins on the canal in the am while having our coffee. Great communication with Erik, we are looking forward to staying again the future. Could not have asked for a better vacation for our 3 generation get together. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this home in Marco Island. Great location from the beach and nearby shopping, but also an ideal place to relax. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor area. Even the quality of the mattresses gets a thumbs up from a picky crowd. Would definitely revisit the area and this home! Thanks!"

"Property manager moved us last minute. 20 hours before check in and surprise ed us with a mid vacation room move which the resort had no control over and we had to do it because everything was booked everywhere. Verbo last minute’s you so you’re stuck. Never again"
