"After entering room, we then went to get a bite to eat. Upon returning to the room, the door code would not work and we could not get in. I called the emergency number 3 times and no one answered or called me back. I finally drove over to the lobby and, like earlier in the day, no one was there and every door in the lobby area was locked. I pounded on every door, and then called again. Finally a fellow came out of a locked door and was very upset with me, In fact, he was terribly rude and accusatory. I guess I interrupted his nap! He finally came to the room and after some fiddling around he got the door open. The resort is not nearly as nice as is pictured online. There is no place to park near our room. Every day the few spots there were there were filled. Finally parked on the street and put our handicap placard on the window, I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Grounds were not well kept. Beds were terrible - lumpy and crooked!! The one bed was so close to the air conditioner (about 3 inches away) that one could not sleep in that bed. And a big bug of some kind in the room which I was finally able to kill. One morning, before 8am, there was a fellow outside our room running the loud lawn mower on an area that had only dried grass - nothing to mow. "

"The unit was cute & clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location as it is close to Marco Island, downtown Naples and the Everglades. The pool is huge and the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food. We did airboat rides, beach days and hiking. It was beautiful sitting on the enclosed porch looking out at the boats. Great value for the money."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall house was in great shape. Nice furniture, plenty of seating for everyone. The pool area was great, however the heater only works either the pool or hot tub, not both at the same time. We had to call for someone to check out the heater cause neither was getting warm enough to swim. They supplied lots of bath towels but only 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms and not very many wash cloths. Office desk chair had a broken leg. One of the bedrooms has a blind hanging by a thread. Front door blinds need replaced."

"Great location we wanted a dock to keep a boat at which worked our great, the house is dated and the master bathroom had no door, not a big deal.Dont shower when the sprinklers or any other water is getting used as you will get burned.2nd bathroom is small but it worked out having 3 bathrooms all together.Close to publix and a few resturants in walking distance if needed.We kept the pool at 98 degress it warmed up nicely."
