"Rude poolside staff and our room was very dated. The TV didn't work and we got bitten a number of times by bed bugs. Definitely wouldn't consider going back again. Hotel staff need to realize they work for the customer not the other way around "

As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! "Super clean, lovely balcony areas, fully stocked, close by to all the lovely cafes and shops in Assagao. The team was so sweet to both us and our doggie. Great stay, quiet, slept well in comfortable beds. Swam in the beautiful pool. "

"We had to change 3 rooms due to (1) noise and construction dust (2) leaking shower door and (3) we were stuck in this room for the remainder of the stay with fowl urine stench from the drain pipes. The Hotel GM was very sympathetic and did try to resolve the issue but it appeared to be a more systemic issue on that floor not just our room. We do appreciate the GM’s effort in helping us That being said the staff was very helpful and esp the Exec Chef attended to our dietary needs."

"We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. The pool was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much. The Jungle cafe staff work hard, but could know more about certain drinks so that they can give a better explanation. We loved the owner and his son as they talked about the property to us. But the female Jungle Cafe was outstanding as she is warm, welcoming, knowing and great. Thanks"

"Excellent value with a great discount. Very quiet, bound bound to be hectic during peak season. Restaurant served excellent food and generous portions. Only downside is that it is off the beaten track, which suited me just fine, so transport is a must."
